• Have you found a Sunday school class?  Have you lost contact with your Sunday school class? Want to try a different or new class? 
  • February 26 is the day to get back involved. 
  • It’s a new day at FUMCT Sunday school. Everyone will be welcomed as if it were the very first day of class.  Everyone is a "first-timer" on Back to Sunday School Day. 
  • All previous absences are forgiven and everyone, both old and new, will be welcomed.  No one will ask you "where have you been?" 
  • Every class will have refreshments, nametags, and spend time introducing everyone. 
  • All classes will be encouraged to study “The Five Practices of Fruitful Living,” our focus for Lent. 
  • Come and share the ministry of YOUR presence with your class. Be part of building a group that is supportive and encouraging and that promotes spiritual growth in each member. 

• Is there someone in your class who has been “missing in action” for a while? 
  • Take the initiative to personally invite him/her back for February 26. 
  • If there is someone new who needs an invitation to your class, invite that person as well. 
  • Sunday school classes might also send a letter or card of welcome to those who haven’t attended in a while.

•  Adult Sunday school classes are encouraged to offer Radical Hospitality during Lent 2012. 
  • Have refreshments and a get-to-know-each-other time on February 26.
  • Introduce new people in class. 
  • Have a social event during Lent. 
  • Send cards to those who are absent. 
  • Let’s get our folks back in Sunday school and keep those connections active.
