To register for an Alliance Student Ministries event, please fill out the information below. Fill in all blanks below, click the box by the event you would like to register for, and then click the REGISTER button to send your registration.  (If there is no box by the event name, registration has not begun for that event.  Details will be posted for events as soon as they are available.  It is possible to register for more than one event at a time.   A SEPARATE online registration must be filled out and sent for each individual youth participating in one or more events. If you are a PARENT and would like to VOLUNTEER please type "Adult Leader" in the notes to staff.

Spring and Summer Events Schedule!

May 13 Senior Recognition Sunday
 
May 20 – Last School Year Program End of School Year Party
 
 
Six Flags (50 spots) - June 1 from 7AM to 9 PM- $60
Join us as we travel by church bus to Atlanta for a fun day at Six Flags!
•$20 deposit required for registration
•Cost: $60 by May 16th  $70 after May 16th
•Time: Please drop off at the church at 7:30am. Pick up will be around 9:00pm.
•Chaperones: We will be traveling with 3 staff members, 4 college students and 2 adults
What to bring: Please send money for lunch, dinner and souvenirs. ($20 Suggested amount)
 
Sweat Week - June 4-8 - $10/day or $30 for whole week 
 This is our time for an intense focus on local missions. Come find out why we call it sweat week! Meet at the church daily at 9:00am and pick up will be 2:00pm. Lunch will be served daily. Josh and our mission team will be identifying our mission projects for the week. Parents, you are welcome to come and work with your youth
•Cost:  $10/day  $30 for whole week.
What to bring: Wear hard soled, closed toed shoes, sunscreen, hat, bottle of water, and clothes that can be ruined.
 
 

White Water Rafting (40 Spots) - June 9 - $120

After working hard at Sweat Week, we will travel by church bus to the Ocoee for a day of fun on the rapids. You do not have to attend Sweat Week to go on this trip, but you do receive a 25% discount on the white water trip if you attend 3 or more days of Sweat Week.  Due to the policy with Ocoee Water Rafting, we will be unable to offer refunds within 14 days of the trip.
•$40 deposit required for registration
•Cost: $120  by May 24th  $140  after May 24th
•Time: All students must be back at the church on Friday night June 8 at 6:00pm to spend the night at the church to prepare for our early morning departure. We will return to the church around 11:00pm. . All meals but Saturday dinner are provided.
•Chaperones: We will be traveling with 3 staff members, 4 college students and 2 adults
•What to bring: Sunscreen, water shoes/sandals, bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, $25 dollars for Saturday dinner and souvenirs.
 
 
Jamaica Mission Trip (Full) ~ June 17-23

 This trip is full but we ask that you add this to your calendars and pray for our team.

 

Student Life (25 spots) - July 6-9 - $300 
asdf  Don’t miss this awesome weekend retreat in sunny Orange Beach. We will travel by church buses and stay in the Chrystal Towers Beach View Condominiums. Our days will be spent in the Student Life Conference. Please check it out at www.studentlife.com. Two times per day our group will travel to the Warf for Conference sessions. Afternoons will be spent in missions, small group activities and recreational games.
•$100 deposit required for registration
•Cost: $255 Early Bird by April 4th  $300 On Time by June 13th $345 Late after June 13th
•Time: We will depart from the church on Friday, July 6 at 8:00 am and return to the church on the afternoon of Sunday, July 9.
•Chaperones: We will be traveling with 3 staff members, 3 college students and 4 adults. Accommodations will be made up of 2 adults and up to 6 students per condo.
What to bring: A packing list will be provided closer to the Student Life weekend

 
 

Biscuits Baseball Game (30 spots) - July 14 - $20
We will travel by church buses to Montgomery to cheer on their home team and enjoy some fireworks. We will stop to eat dinner at East Chase Mall (this is an outdoor mall with free standing fast food restaurants) before we arrive at the game.
•Must be registered and paid in full by July 1 to allow staff to purchase tickets. •Time: We will leave the church at 3:30 pm. We will arrive back at the church around midnight.•Chaperones: We will be traveling with 3 staff members, 3 college students and 3 adults•What to bring: Please send money for dinner and ball park souvenirs ($20 suggested amount).
Mount Cheaha Hiking (30 spots) - July 30 - $20
  We will travel by church buses to hike to the tallest point in Alabama. We will leave the church at 10:00am and travel approximately 2.5 hours to the park. The staff will provide a picnic lunch upon our arrival. We will stop for dinner on the way home outside of Oxford, Alabama at the Chick Fil A and arrive back at the church around 8:00pm.
•Chaperones: We will be traveling with 3 staff members, 3 college students and 2 adults.What to bring: Please send money for dinner ($10 suggested amount) and a water bottle.
