The DISCIPLESHIP DIAMOND

 

God wants you to take your next step spiritually. That could mean getting baptized, committing to take time to dig into the Bible on a daily basis, or maybe God wants you to see what God's Word has to say about why you exist. FUMCT's Discipleship Diamond is all about those next steps.
 

Imagine a baseball diamond. At first base, our Membership 101 class, you’ll get the foundation of our core beliefs. Then head to second base, where you’ll find the tools to develop a closer relationship with God. Then third base, you’ll begin to see how God has given you strengths for ministry. As you head for home plate, Mission 401 will help you discover your life’s mission of sharing God with the world.

NEXT STEP: Worshiped with us recently? Want to take the next step? Take a “walking tour” of the building and a “talking tour” of the ministries of First United Methodist Church. Learn about the many ways that our church helps people along their discipleship path. Pre-registration is NOT required.

The tour begins at The Welcome Center in The Great Hall (near the Greensboro Avenue drive-through entrance) promptly at 10:05am.
