This year our Global Impact Celebration was held on Saturday, January 23 – Sunday, January 24. We took a few days to celebrate the work our church has done over the last three years. Our church has been part of many great ministries and projects over that time period. We have helped build schools, build churches, minister to orphans, deliver health care and medicine to those that need it most, and support the development of churches and pastors for many areas of the world. All this could only be done via a comprehensive effort by each of us at First United Methodist Church Tuscaloosa. We invited many missionaries that we have assisted in completing this work to share about our church’s fulfillment of our mission statement “Bringing hope and healing through the power of Jesus.”
