What is SOULED OuT?
 
Are you in 4th or 5th grade?  If so, SOULED OuT is for you!  In SOULED OuT, you will be able to tackle the tough questions that you have about faith and life.  You will be able to dig into the real-life issues that you are dealing with every day.  You'll get to participate in fun games as well as deep, life-changing Bible lessons.  You'll also have an exciting way to stay connected with your church friends throughout the week by logging on to your very own secure online community.  You will learn what it means to practice your faith every day while you are at home, at school, and at play.   If you are a preteen, SOULED OuT is designed just for you.  Come and be part of our group.  We need you! 
 
When Does It Meet and How Do I Participate?
 
Sunday Mornings
SOULED OuT meets on Sunday mornings from 10:00-10:45 am in Room 203 on the second floor of the church.  (Click here to see a map of the church building.)  On Sunday mornings, we meet together in our special space, sing and watch music videos, play a game or two, and learn a little about our Bible lesson for the day.  Then we break out into our small groups.  Girls go to Room 205---Boys to Room 213.  Here we meet with our small group leaders to get much deeper into our lesson, to pray together, and to share our questions and thoughts about living a life of faith.  
 
Wednesday Nights 
 
On Wednesday nights, we all meet together from 5:45-6:45pm in the SOULED OuT room.  This is when we have lots of time for fellowship and fun.  (We have computers, a Playstation 2, a Wii, board games, snacks, and lots more.)  During this hour, we also have a short lesson time with our leaders.  At 6:45, we can either choose to go to recreation and games in the Church Activity Center or join the Children's Honor Choir that practices from 6:45-7:15 pm. 
  
What is GRAPPLE?
 
The study curriculum that we use on Sundays is called GRAPPLE.  It gives us cool Bible lessons and focuses on the questions that are most important to preteens.  Click here to learn more about GRAPPLE.  Through our use of GRAPPLE, we also can get access (with parent permission) to an online community just for our SOULED OuT group.  You'll learn more about this when you come to SOULED OuT
