Do you struggle with restlessness, worry, and overthinking and find yourself unable to settle your body, mind, and spirit? Do you find yourself constantly overcommitting leaving little time and energy to take care of you? Are you overwhelmed with all the to do lists, expectations, and points of tension? You are not alone! The world fills us with endless messages, shiny objects, and universal noise that bombard us daily. It is no wonder we are exhausted, overcommitted, disappointed, and lack any real presence or purpose. Romans 12:2 says do not to conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. We want to create a space and place to do just that...renew minds! Join us for a Women’s Retreat led by Allison M. Curington, LCSW, CLC to begin the process of rediscovering presence so that we may live life to the fullest. During this weekend retreat, you will have the opportunity to learn three elements of presence: stillness, self-compassion, and gratitude. Through guided sessions, you will both learn and practice skills and tools that will assist you with cultivating presence in your daily life.
