Wellness is the pursuit of good overall health and total well-being. It is marked by intentional living that
focuses on growth in all areas of life – emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. For over 25 years,
FUMCT has been blessed by a strong fitness program which offers a weight room, walking track, and
fitness classes. We will continue to promote physical health as we add new programs, small groups, and
events that emphasize complete wellness and whole person care.
Stop by the resource area outside the CAC office to borrow books or pick up class schedules,
