Wellness is the pursuit of good overall health and total well-being. It is marked by intentional living that
focuses on growth in all areas of life – emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. For over 25 years,
FUMCT has been blessed by a strong fitness program which offers a weight room, walking track, and
fitness classes. We will continue to promote physical health as we add new programs, small groups, and
events that emphasize complete wellness and whole person care.
Stop by the resource area outside the CAC office to borrow books or pick up class schedules,

Cardio, step, or conditioning (options for all levels): Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
Yoga: Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.
Open business hours:

Fridays: 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Body and Soul Fitness Room
The Body and Soul Fitness Room offers 6 Bodymaster selectorized weight machines, a Smith machine, a Multi-station system, Olympic free weights, 2 treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a stair climber, a small rebounder, and stretching area. It
is currently open to staff, church members and program participants ages 19 and over during church business hours by appointment. Email Janice Stewart to schedule orientations and workout times in Body and Soul for individuals or groups with 4 or less people.

Pickleball is a fun, social, fast-paced game that is a cross between tennis, ping pong, and badminton. Sole to Soul Walking Groups
Looking for somebody to walk and talk with? New Sole to Soul groups will start on March 18thand meet once a week through mid-May. Complete the registration form using the link below by March 4th – indicating the days, times, and locations that work best for you.
