Wellness is defined as “a state of good overall health and total well-being.” It is marked by intentional living that focuses on growth in all areas of life – emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. For over 20 years, FUMCT has been blessed by a strong fitness program, which offers a weight room, walking track, and exercise classes for members and guests. We will continue to promote physical health and add new programs, small groups, and monthly events that emphasize wellness and whole person care. You can pick up helpful health-related articles or borrow books from the shelf outside the CAC office or check out books in the new wellness section of the church library located in the Parker Fireside Room.

CHURCH ACTIVITY CENTER
Mondays–Thursdays: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
BODY AND SOUL FITNESS CENTER (ADULTS 19 & UP)
The Body and Soul Fitness Center is currently closed to members and guests.
The Walking Track is open Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Everyone must attend an orientation which can be set up by appointment.
The Fitness Center offers Bodymaster weight machines, Treadmill, Precor Elliptical, Stair Climber, Exercise bike, and free weights.
Appropriate workout clothing and shoes must be worn in our facility (shirts are required by all persons).
There is no food allowed in workout room and gym
